I noted the role of Tribunal Members and ways in which their reach can be suppressed..
I talked about the role of legislatures (in BC and Ontario).
I have done some work comparing the Policy to its corresponding Laws and Regulations.
I have mapped the state's intentions in this regard onto a template of genocide.
I've read voluminously on the subject and am currently compiling a potential list of legal citations.
Now, I seek to find the holes in the armor of the government, because it is upon me to prove that the policy is discriminatory if I am to draft an application that will be heard.
