Where's the complaint box?

Here's a mother who tries in vain to get her family status recognized in unfair decisions against her by Welfare. She appealed to the Social Benefits Tribunal, The Divisional Court, The Court of Appeal, The SCC and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.

At fault here is the Divisional Court Judge who failed to recognize the harassing nature of all the attacks on this woman's family status by welfare. I can't access the SBT Decisions, so I can't confirm if her human rights claims were actually ever addressed.
